A short trip takes you to Ponta da Piedade, one of Lagos' most spectacular coastal landmarks, with dramatic golden cliffs, sea arches and caves to discover on foot or by boat. The surrounding area offers plenty more to explore, from the historic city walls and Ponta da Bandeira Fort to the beaches and villages of Praia da Luz, Burgau and Sagres, with Cape St Vincent further west.
